Role fit and independent corroboration stay separate signals. We never collapse them into one number, and there is no candidate score to sort by.

Who sees what

Every person sees exactly their part.

Candidate

Sees their own application and the requests they sent, with the date they were sent. They never see how a specific person answered.

Observer

Sees only the claims put in front of them and their own answer. One link never reveals another person who was asked.

Employer

Sees positive confirmations and who gave them. Declines, non-answers, and withdrawals never reach you and are not held against anyone.
